The best approach to navigate Valley South is very often driving. It is especially convenient to park, and the majority of houses for sale are a rather short drive from the nearest highway, such as Trans-Canada Highway. In contrast, getting around by public transit is very hard in this part of Chilliwack. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is connected by a few bus lines, and it is convenient to find a nearby bus stop from most properties. This part of the city is not very bicycling-friendly because there are few bike lanes, and the terrain is not particularly flat. Nonetheless, certain enjoyable sectors for cycling exist. A majority of the homes for sale in this part of the city are located in places that are also not very suitable for those who prefer to travel by walking as running common errands is at times challenging without a vehicle.
