Travelling by car is very convenient in North Aldershot. It is a very short drive to the closest highway, such as Highway 6, from anywhere in North Aldershot, and it is very easy to park. In contrast, the transit network in this neighbourhood is rather limited. Thankfully, there is the Aldershot on the Lakeshore West. There are a few bus lines passing through the neighbourhood, and it is very convenient to find a nearby bus stop from most homes. North Aldershot is not very amenable to bicycling as bicycling is made strenuous by the often hilly topography, and there are few bike lanes. Thankfully, certain bicycling-friendly areas exist.
