There are a few public green spaces close by for residents to visit, including Old Growth Conservancy and Whyte Lake Park, making it very easy to reach them. Lastly, this part of the municipality is an excellent area for those who don't mind a bit of noise, since traffic during rush hour can occasionally be loud.
