Commuting by car is very convenient in Bradner-Mt. Lehman. It is especially convenient to access a parking spot. On the other hand, Bradner-Mt. Lehman is not a very pleasant part of Abbotsford for travelling by public transit. Thankfully, there are a few bus lines traversing the neighbourhood. Bradner-Mt. Lehman is not particularly amenable to cycling since the terrain is not very flat, and the bicycling infrastructure is quite bad. Traveling on foot is also not very practical for property owners in this area as very few common errands can be run without a car.

In all but a few cases, a car is needed in Bradner-Mt. Lehman to reach the nearest supermarket. There are also a few opportunities for those who care about nearby restaurants. With respect to education, there are only a very small number of high schools in this part of Abbotsford and thus they can be a very long stroll away. Likewise, Bradner-Mt. Lehman does not have any primary schools. In addition, daycares are not especially plentiful and consequently tend to require a long stroll to get to.
