I was a West Vancouver builder of fine homes. I designed a master-planned community for 16,000 people in an area of Santa Barbara, CA & spearheaded a project to create a co-operative university in a large former shopping centre in Edmonton. I have acquired expertise from over 30 years in home construction, land development & real estate sales. I am very familiar with the housing market in both West Vancouver and North Vancouver.
