Archie settled on the Sunshine Coast in 1994 after touring Canada with a Country Rock Band. He and his wife Roxie managed the food and beverage business at the Sechelt Golf Club while starting their family. In his spare time Archie plays drums in a local band, and is also active in the many sports activities offered on the coast. Coaching Minor Hockey.
