As a "second generation realtor" I have been living, eating, breathing and enjoying the world of real estate sales for almost 5 decades. I have been licensed in 3 different market places and learned a lot in each market. Witnessing changes in markets over time and in different areas gave me perspective which helps me to advise my clients. I am a consistent top producer with a strong drive to get results. While I love to negotiate and find great deals, I am also compassionate towards my clients as individuals because change is hard. When we are in flux, when we are moving it is a difficult and emotional period in our lives. I encourage the people I am working with to communicate with me as much as possible. Sometimes the communications are difficult for people to convey but this helps me to help us all win and be as satisfied as possible with the process. I want my clients to feel comfortable and well taken care of. In my "off time" I give back to the community. I love to volunteer. I have served Kelowna in many capacities as a volunteer but my top passion is the lake. I am a race director and a participant in open water swims in the Okanagan. I have been involved in the Across the Lake Swim Society since 2009. Our mandate is to raise money for kids to take swimming lessons.
