Meet Marissa As a Sherwood Park native, Marissa MacIntyre is the ultimate resource for homeowners who are new to the area. Her top priority is always her clients and their satisfaction. From start to finish, she aims to make real estate transactions simple and seamless. There are many realtors out there who are so laser-focused on making a sale that they don’t take the time to truly get to know their clients. This is detrimental to the process because without building a real relationship, a relator can’t quickly find the house that’s perfect for their client. It makes the whole process longer and more stressful. By putting in extra effort into connecting with clients and fully understanding their wants and needs, Marissa is able to make transactions stress-free and even fun. Every client is completely unique, and she always customizes her approach. Marissa has truly gone through every stage of life in Alberta. She attended the University of Alberta where she received her Bachelor of Elementary Education Degree. Her background in education helps her know how to instantly make connections with her clients. Being an educator also drew her even closer to the community. It wasn’t until 2014 when Marissa became a homeowner for the first time that she started developing a passion for real estate. This is a passion she decided to pursue full-time starting in 2020. Not only did becoming a realtor allow her to invest in her passion but it also gave her the increased flexibility she was craving. Of course, she knew that she wanted to pursue real estate in Sherwood Park. Because she’s lived here her entire life, she has an unmatched intimate knowledge of the community. Being a realtor is truly the perfect fit for her because it combines the two things she is most passionate about: great houses and great people. Marissa lives in Sherwood Park with her husband Jordan who is a local business owner. They have four children who keep them plenty busy!
