My name is Jayda Holmedal and I would like to introduce myself. I am a mother, daughter, sister & wife- and my family holds the key to my heart. But Real Estate is my passion! At a young age I couldn’t shy away from my dream, I was the youngest agent to be licensed in southern Saskatchewan in 2008 after I bought my first house at the age of 21. Fast forward over a decade later- I have flipped 7 houses sold hundreds of properties and got to build my dream home in 2016 after my daughter was born. I wasn’t born in Medicine Hat but it’s where I call home! I have plenty of experience building and designing residential real estate but I also am fully licensed to sell farm & ranches, commercial & industrial properties as well! My goal is to make a smooth buying or selling experience so and your family can create precious memories together in your new HOME.”
